I have been using ‘Heal within’ roll on for the past 2 weeks and there has been a significant effect, on application the fragrance gives an immediate soothing effect it’s very calming and relaxing. It helps me get a good , uninterrupted sleep and it’s very refreshing. I have also used the FULL LIFE essential oil. It has been equally effective
